I've been in the automotive service industry over 20 years, 15 of them right here at this facility.  I have always enjoyed helping people to get the most out of their automotive experience.  I pride myself on delivering service with integrity.  I've also worked in radio and television broadcasting and have a degree in liberal studies.  I stay active with my church and am a youth camp director in my "spare" time. I'm also a musician and enjoy singing jazz and praise music.

I came to work at this dealership in 1987 after graduating from Black Hawk College. Over my 24 years of experience here I have worked in the wash bay, as a sales person, a service advisor, dispatcher, warranty administrator, assistant manager and now service manager. I have enjoyed all the jobs and feel very lucky to be with a company that values it's employees as much as it does it's customers.The thing that I like best about being the service manager is knowing that satisfying the customer is always the first priority. It is also nice to know that the people above me stand behind the decisions I make and that we all have the goal of customer satisfaction at the forefront of our decision making process.

After graduating from Wyoming Technical Institute in 1983, I began working at what was then "Keady Dawson" as an automotive technician. After a few years I went to work as the service manager at a Goodyear store in Moline. In 1997 I came back to John Keady's GM Superstore as a service advisor. After Jill Green bought the dealership, I was promoted to Assistant Service Manager. I enjoy helping my customers with their automotive needs and helping to solve their problems.
